Ian Hollingdale

With 35 years of Real Estate experience - 20 Years Central London and 15 Years Dubai - Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Residential Property Market to the company.

His journey started in St. John’s Wood, London where Ian was an equity partner in Brian Lack and Co before setting up Hollingdale Kane Real Estate. Ian Moved to Dubai in 2004 with previous director roles at Asteco and Chestertons.

Over the past 15 years in Dubai Ian has handled numerous high-profile sales including land, villa and apartment sales totalling in excess of AED 10 billion. A significant number of these sales took place on Palm Jumeirah.

Ian is the Sales Director and manages the brokerage team. In addition to this responsibility, he continues to handle the ongoing portfolios and requirements of numerous existing clients.
