Mustafa Kamel (Dual MBA)

Anthony-Mustafa is senior international executive, board member, entrepreneur and Chief Financial Officer with significant experience in implementation and operations.

Prior to joining World Group Anthony-Mustafa held the position of CFO for the Egyptian Company for Hotels & Touristic Investment, a USD $2 billion public company by market cap with projects in progress USD $350 million and land bank value USD $4 billion with a treasury function USD $500 million.

As well as the high profile management of public companies, Anthony-Mustafa has also engineered several re-capitalizations and re-structures including The Academy Milan, Toyota Romania, Anchor Equipment UK, Fenncraft Ltd UK and the Gardiner Wilkinson Group UK.

As further testament to his CFO accomplishments, Anthony-Mustafa restructured the complete financial operating system of Egypt’s 4th largest company with record revenue and profits including reorganizing the complete tax structure and re-designing the internal financial controls.

In public life Anthony-Mustafa was seconded by the UK Thatcher Government to restructure the NHS, a transformational accomplishment with a budget of £15.8 Billion. Anthony-Mustafa holds a BA, Honours Accountancy from ACCA London, is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and the Institute of Directors.

Anthony-Mustafa's previous positions include CEO, MD, CFO, Non-Executive Director and Board Member.
